Terms of Service for Payment, Shipping and Return Policy

Your satisfaction is 100% GUARANTEED. If you do not love your new rug, after a three day inspection period, please let us know, then return the rug. It is an easy process. We will refund your purchase price or credit your account towards any exchange. We ask that you pay the shipping charges each way with insurance for the cost of the rug.  If you paid using a credit card and return the rug, the 4% fee that the processor charged will not be refunded so…It is often best to call us directly and we will preauthorize your credit card without actually charging through the purchase so you may return the rug and avoid this fee.

We Ship FedEx Ground within 2 days. The carrier generally delivers in 3 days in Continental USA. We will send you a tracking number to follow the shipment.

 The Shopping Cart on this website automatically uses Paypal or Venmo as the payment processor. Payments are possible using PayPals many options or credit card. There is no fee to you. You may use the PayPal guest payments option (no PayPal account required). There is also a button on the Cart Page to enter your credit card directly bypassing Paypal altogether if preferred. Alternately, we can accept your credit card orders by phone or email.

We ship via FED EX Ground Delivery (3-5 day service). Express Delivery is also available for an extra charge. All merchandise will be well packaged and insured.

For international orders, or shipping outside the mainland USA, please contact first by email or telephone for the freight charges.
