If you prefer, we can accept your credit card orders directly by phone or email.
There is a 4% Credit card surcharge fee charged to cardholders by the payment processor (NUVEI) to help merchants to cover the higher cost associated with accepting credit cards. This fee is added to each transaction at the checkout stage.
We also accept Debit Cards or Zelle (using our email address: rtmosby@verizon.net) with no fees added or Personal Check, Business Check or Bank/WireTransfer.

Your satisfaction is 100% GUARANTEED. If you do not love your new rug, after a three day inspection period, please let us know, then return the rug. It is an easy process. We will refund your purchase price or credit your account towards any exchange. We ask that you pay the shipping charges each way with insurance for the full value of the rug. If you paid using a credit card, the 4% fee that the processor charged will not be refunded so…
It is often best to call us directly and we will preauthorize your credit card without actually charging through the purchase so you may return the rug and avoid this fee.

We ship via FED EX Ground Delivery (3-5 day service). Express Delivery is also available for an extra charge. All merchandise will be well packaged and insured.
