Payment and Shipping

 The Shopping Cart on this website automatically uses Paypal as the payment processor. Our corporate name is Baluch Rugs,Inc.  If you do not have an account with Paypal, you will see it is your option to join or make a one time payment for this purchase. It is a free and secure service to you as the merchant covers all their fees. Take a moment to browse their site and you will see they offer quite a bit of protection to you as the buyer. 


If you prefer, we can accept your credit card orders  directly by phone or email. We also accept Personal Check, Business Check or Bank/WireTransfer.

We ship via FED EX Ground Delivery (3-5 day service). Express Delivery is also available for an extra charge. All merchandise will be well packaged and insured.

For international orders, or shipping outside the mainland USA, please contact first by email or telephone for the freight charges.

Your satisfaction is 100% GUARANTEED. If you do not love your new rug, after a three day inspection period, please let us know, then  return the rug. It is an easy process. We will refund your purchase price or credit your account towards any exchange. We ask that you pay the shipping charges each way with insurance for the full value of the rug. If you paid using our Paypal processor there is a 4% fee that they will not refund and that will be a debit from your refunded amount. It is often best to call us directly and we will preauthorize your credit card without actually charging through the purchase in which case you can return the rug and avoid this fee.
