This circa 1930 Art Deco Chinese handmade wool Oriental Rug measures 5’0” X 7’9”. It has a very beautiful and fanciful drawing on a puce ground. There is a border composed of dark blue tree limbs and trunk along with purple, peach, turquoise and rose flowers with a tree house in purple surrounded by flowers. In the right corner hanging from a branch is parrot staring out full on sitting in a brass ring with a dark head, light blue eyes, yellow beak, purple body, green wings and a yellow gold tail. The rug has good pile. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping with insurance of $125.00.
