Description
This circa 1930 Peking Chinese rug measures 8’0” X 9’5”. It is a dusty peach going to dusty pink color with an empty field encompassed with an ivory border. At the center of each side is a tree containing some nicely colored flowers and two large parrots with rosy breasts and blue beaks. This same motif is repeated at the center of every side and works its way about one foot into the field. . This is a very beautiful rug in a hard to find size. The pile is full except for a spot about the size of a fist in a corner that is low. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go.
