This circa 1940 Kerman measures 10’ x 18’. It has an overall floral motif with a very large pulled medallion of several different types of flowers mainly roses, carnations and peonies all in the appropriate colors. The field has a nicely spaced overall motif of flower bouquets all on a beautiful ripe peach/pink ground. The border is Wedgewood blue and has an ivory cartouche at all four centers with a pale green shield. The same is at each corner. This is a very effective and very dramatic design. The wool is very lush and thick and the rug is very finely woven. This rug is in essentially perfect condition. It is full pile. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping which includes insurance of $225.00.
