Description
This circa 1900 Peking Chinese Rug measures 4’0” X 6’9”. It has a light mocha field. In the lower right is a blue tree with blossoms with a bird coming to land. The upper left corner has a similar tree with a large bird with a speckled breast sitting in it. The major border is a shade of ecru with different phoenix birds in different positions all around the border separated by fruit bearing sprigs of foliage. The rug is full pile. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping which includes insurance of $75.00.
