This circa 1920 Peking Chinese Oriental handmade wool rug in an Art Deco style design measures 8’0” X 9’10”. It has a midnight blue ground containing a motif of two potted trees with brown trunks rising from a blue and green planter containing dozens of flowers in a myriad of colors. The field is surrounded by a single wide border in ivory with a meandering flower and vine motif. The only worn spot on this rug is shown in the photo where I point it out. If I hadn’t you probably wouldn’t have noticed it. Otherwise this beautiful rug is full pile. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping with insurance of $125.00.
