This circa 1920 Laver Kerman Oriental rug measures 4’ 1“ x 6‘3“. It has an overall floral design with a center floral medallion completely covered in design. This is known in the business as a crowded Kerman. The major border has a pink ground. The motif in the corners has green vases, holding floral bouquets in blue and red. The border has a repeated flower design in ivory, blue, and red. The field colors are red, two shades of blue, rose, and green all on an ivory ground. The rug is full pile. The ends and sides are complete. There is a small patch unnoticeable from the face of the rug about 2′ round but the back has vestiges of a glue that held a patch to stabilize it. The patch is gone and not needed. It is about 6″x2″. This rug is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping with insurance of $75.
