This circa 1910 antique Kashan Oriental rug measures 4’3” X 6’9”. It has a rose red field with a floral medallion in tobacco, ivory and two shades of blue. The field motif has willow trees, flowering urns and floral bouquets in the corners all encompassed with a floral border on a blue ground encompassed with one set of reciprocal borders on a tobacco colored ground with a floral motif. There is another set of smaller reciprocal borders on an ivory ground with tiny blue crosses. The condition is evenly low pile. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go.
