Description
This circa 1915 antique Blue Sarouk Oriental rug measures 4’2” X 6’3”. It has a blue field with an overall floral design in coral, red, two shades of blue and ivory encompassed with a border of vines and flowers in the same colors on a red ground. This is encompassed with a pair of reciprocal borders about 1.5” wide with a floral motif on a light tobacco ground. The other two borders have a floral motif; one on a coral ground and one is on a blue ground. The rug is essentially full pile and in mint condition. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping which includes insurance of $75.00.
