Description
This circa 1920 Art Deco Chinese Oriental Rug measures 8’8” X 11’4”. It has a ruby red field with a coral colored minor border like a picture frame with a step motif in the middle of all four sides. In the middle of each end and each side is a triangular floral motif in three shades of green, coral, yellow green, three shades of purple, and three shades of blue. The floral motif at each end is the same. The floral motif coming in from the sides are the same as each other but different from the ones at the ends. It is a happy rug. This rug is full pile. The ends and sides are complete. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping with insurance of $150.00.
