This circa 1920 Sarouk measures 3’5” X 5’1”. It has a dark red ground with a floral motif and a center medallion. The rug is worked in two shades of blue, red, tobacco, and ivory. The major border has a navy blue ground with a floral motif. There are two reciprocal borders of meandering vines and flowers on an ivory ground. The rug is full pile. It has complete ends and sides.
