Description
This circa 1920 Sarouk antique Persian carpet measures 3’1” X 6’9” (94 x 210 cm). It has a very clean dark blue ground, no fuzziness at all. There is a floral design in rust red, ivory, two shades of blue and a lovely touch of pink not usually found in this type of rug. All is encompassed with a major border with flower head and vine motif on a deep red ground. The rug is an odd and very hard to find size. It is full pile and in essentially mint condition. It is clean and ready to go. the buyer pays the shipping with insurance of $75.00.
