Description
This 19th century Yomud (Igdir?) measures 4’4’ x 9”. It is a very odd size. It is not an elam which at first glance would be a good guess, but it is a complete piece with woven selvedge at top and bottom and is complete with edging at each side, almost like a table runner. It is extremely finely woven. The knots are too fine to count. It has some silk. I think the piece rather speaks for itself. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping with insurance of $75.
