This circa 1910 American quality antique Kashan Persian Oriental Carpet measures 4’2” X 6’9”. It has a meditation motif with entwined trees going the length of the rug with peacocks and various other birds perched in the branches. The maroon field has nice medium browns ,blues , golds, green etc. It has a navy border with a flower motif. The edges have been rebound. The rug has good pile.
