Ningxia Rugs

During the past 55 years, we have handled hundreds of Ningxia rugs. Earlier examples are very collectible hand woven and rare.  Ningxia was  a major center for rug weaving in Kansu Province in the 18th-19th century but these rugs can date back 1000 years.

Our hard to come by inventory of Antique area rugs from Ningxia or Ningsha area of China feature dragons, water features, clouds and Buddhist iconography.
