Antique Oriental Rugs.com accepts payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Discover,Personal Check, Paypal, Business Check or Cashiers Check. Please contact us by phone  at 941-925-1025. Credit card orders can be accepted  by phone. 

Once you have made your selection, and we have a weight on your order we will contact you with shipping charges. We ship via United Parcel Service Ground Delivery (5 day service). Express Delivery is also available for an extra charge. All merchandise will be well packaged and insured.

There you will see a checkout page stating that Paypal is the secure payment processor for 'Robert T Mosby, Inc'.  There will be a ‘Payment For’ box on this page. Please insert the rug item number. In the ‘Amount’ box please add the shipping fee as specified in the rug description. If you do not have an account with Paypal, you will see it is your option to join or make a one time payment for this purchase. It is a free and secure service to you as the merchant  covers all their fees. Take a moment to browse their site and you will see they offer quite a bit of protection to you as the buyer. They will notify me of the sale and I will package your rugs and email you with your order confirmation and shipping information. Please be sure to include your full shipping address and phone number.

 

Your satisfaction is 100% GUARANTEED. If you do not love your new rug, after a three day inspection period, please let us know, then  return the rug . We do ask that you pay the shipping charges each way with insurance on the shipment for the full value of the rug.  We will refund your purchase price or credit your account towards any exchange.
