#6563 Khotan
This possibly 18th century antique Khotan measures 2’5” X 4’6”. It has a red ground with a center medallion. It has a pomegranate motif and a Greek Key border. The secondary motifs are outlined in aubergine which has faded out. The pomegranates dyed in aubergine have an interesting saffron vase which has also faded out but is visible from the back. This rug is sold in AS IS condition. The buyer pays the shipping and insurance of 45.00.
